“The Golden Rock is a beautiful, low intensity hotel complex, with exceptional gardens. It offers something quite different than other hotels in Nevis. The staff were exceptionally helpful and caring. They also helped to make arrival easy by organizing a seamless transfer from the airport to the water taxi and then to the hotel. Highly recommend”

“Great location, next to MUA & the beach (secluded). Very clean room, not a single insect!! That's rare. Had a very good sleep assisted by gentle sea waves. I would like for them to invest in mini fridge. Other than that, highly recommended. ”

“This is a charming hotel. The rooms are traditional, with some modern upgrades (the TV has a US Roku - a good choice for US visitors, although unfortunately it doesn't really work for UK visitors). The staff were all friendly and helpful. Ample parking outside the rooms. There is no buffet breakfast, and unfortunately the breakfast options are quiet expensive (approx US$70 for two people, which is a bit excessive for a simple breakfast). “Came to Oualie Beach Resort for a quick 2-days of diving off Nevis Island - great location! Super convenient with the Dive Shop right on property. Unique experience We would hope to come back for a longer stay and explore Nevis a bit more.”

“The impression we got was that there was a rush to open the property in time for the music festival activities. There was high paint fumes in our initial room however when we raised it with the staff it was quickly rectified and we were relocated within 30 mins of making the initial report. The 2nd room seemed clean and well equipped however there were 2 dead cockroaches on the drapes. Despite this the stay was uneventful from that point and we were able to receive our deposit with no issues...
